- Pre-made Discord bots
- Software license keys
- Digital game accounts and in-game items
- Boosting and other online services
Because these products are delivered electronically and/or access is granted instantly, they are considered consumed once delivered.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once:
- A digital product has been delivered
- Access credentials, license keys, or files have been shared
- A service has started or been completed
This policy exists to protect against misuse and the irreversible nature of digital goods.
3. Limited Exceptions
Refunds are generally not applicable. However, we may review a request only in the following limited situations:
- Payment was successfully completed but the product was not delivered
- A clear technical error occurred on our side preventing delivery

- Cancellations must be requested before work has started
- Once work has begun or access is provided, the service becomes non-refundable

If a refund is approved under an exceptional case, it will be processed through the original payment method used, in accordance with the payment provider’s policies. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel.
